All dermatonics stock are housed in our Sydney-based warehouse. In the unlikely event that you purchase a product that becomes unavailable for whatever reason, you will be notified within 24 hours and offered options for either a full refund or enable the order to be sent to you at an agreed date.
Shipping charges apply to all product orders placed under $200. Our shipping cost is calculated on the weight and delivery postcode. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive and sign for the order during normal business hours.
Purchases made prior to 12 noon (AEST) are typically dispatched on the same day – However, cannot be guaranteed. Purchases made by 6pm (AEST) are dispatched the following business day. Purchases made during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next available business day. Unfortunately, we do not allow for personal pick up.
We use Australia Post and other national courier companies to deliver our products depending upon the size of the shipment. Generally, you can expect to receive the product you purchased within 2-4 business days. However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to the east coast of Australia, up to 7 working days for deliveries to Western Australia and up to 14 business days for deliveries to New Zealand. International orders usually arrive within 10 business days however you should allow up to 22 working days depending on your location. Express post can also be requested, with an additional cost.
You will be advised by email when your product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Within the email, you will also be provided with a tracking number.
Please note that we will use our best endeavours to meet stated time frames for dispatch and delivery, however, many factors can affect these time frames and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
